  1. All week long the guys caught up with the Oakland Raiders at training camp and today they got to talk to the number one pick from a year ago starting quarterback JAMARCUS RUSSELL and he tells the boys it’s all about winning this year and playing last year has really helped with his confidence in the offense and now he hopes to apply it in 2008-09.
  2. Comedian BILL BELLAMY sits down with the boys in studio to talk about his shows at Cobb's Comedy Club this weekend and he also has numerous opinions on this years Olympics and submits for approval some sports and events that should be added for the next Olympiad.
  3. Day 10: Today BOB IN BEIJING outdoes himself yet again by bringing Bella Karolyi dinner stories hitchhiking on Mary Lou Retton's golf cart and even though he has to call 21 water polo games in a week he still has time for the Cultural Tip of the Day.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 14th:

  1. 49er Coordinator Show: This week the offensive genius MIKE MARTZ joins the guys to break down the three QB's battling it out for the top spot, which players are impressing him in camp and the walking wounded known as the Niner wide receivers.
  2. Day 9: Today's BOB IN BEIJING segment takes place on the streets of Beijing as Fitz reports on the weather and dinner plans with Ted Robinson and water polo partner Wolf Wigo. Plus updates abound on topics ranging from men's basektball to Croatian water polo mustaches.
  3. Bay Area native and leader of the Raider defense, linebacker KIRK MORRISON is anxious to get some more preseason games under his belt with his new teamates and also gets into the new radio in the helmet of select defensive players.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13th:

  1. The crew took a trip up to Napa and they brought back with them Raider 1st Round pick DARREN MCFADDEN and he's stoked to get the NFL season underway and he's also looking for some good southern food.
  2. Getting set for the Indy Grand Prix at Infineon Raceway 19-year old Indy Car Racer GRAHAM RAHAL checks in to talk about his first time in Sonoma and following the family tradition getting into open wheel racing at a young age.
  3. Day 8: BOB IN BEIJING checks in again to talk about the VIP seating for Michael Phelps gold medal breaking win, TEAM USA patriotism and of course the Cultural Tip of the Day dealing with the children of China.

  1. Post PGA Championship ART SPANDER checks in from Michigan to fill the guys in on Padraig Harrington's remarkable majors run and how he's the unquestioned front runner for PGA player of the year.
  2. Day 6th: BOB IN BEIJING recaps the opening cermonies, breaks down the 4X100 Men's relay comeback against the French and adds the always popular Cultural Tip of the Day.
  3. The Sacramento Bee beat writer for the 49ers MATT BARROWS goes in depth on the QB rotation for the preseason, the strong rookie wide out Josh Morgan and the unpopular decision to kick red zone field goals in exhibition games.
